It seems that storytelling techniques and a discussion of storytelling for business branding were high on the list, and it is no wonder! It seems everyone is getting more and more into storytelling. Target stores are adding boutique lines to their offerings, and their tV commercials feature stories of little companies making it big at Target. Inspirational thoughts often come to me in conversations. And my chickens also provide me a lot of inspirational thoughts. I raise chickens for their eggs and their insatiable craving for bugs. The variety of chicken bodies is such fun. Some are more streamlined while others are more squat. Yet all are chickens. Likewise, a chihuahua and a great Dane are both dogs despite their enormous differences.
