Humility is a quiet guide. This wonderful Grandfather … Fifth of the Seven Sacred Principles … appears as a shadow. It reminds you that your world is more than you see … more than you know.
The Ancient Ones guided us to listen … to acknowledge … to follow the bent of your nature. We follow their example of daily acknowledgement of the gifts of the Earth, and a finding of natural balance. In your quiet choosing, you become aware of your place on the planet, and in the Universe, as a beloved creation filled with light and life.
To do these things requires time and attention … even for just a few moments at a time.
Developing the intent and purpose of humility is different than “putting on” a false response. Ego wears the mask of humility like an ill-fitting shield.
True humility is not a giving up of place, but following the acknowledgment of place. Humility is a seeking, always, of that place within … and farther within … until you are so deep inside that your world opens up in divine right order.
Consider this week’s quote:
Dominant culture defines Humility by what it is NOT: It is not boastful. It is not arrogant. It does not demand attention.
Humility invites unconditional love.
There is enormous strength in your embrace of Humility … in your recognition that you are the Light … and there is nothing you must do to earn that … nothing you must take from someone else. Your place in the world is already made for you. Your life is to be focused on the inward filling of that place.
Ego will always be with you … but by your choice you cause Ego to become the shadow, and your own light illuminates your True Being.
Are you ready to seek that inner space … to discover who you truly ARE? The Four Brothers™ video from How to Live On Purpose is your guide to the Four Natural Elements of Wind, Fire, Water and Earth.
Follow your heart on this sacred path, and learn new ways to tune in to the space around you.
Embrace your light … allow it to fill your spirit!
Live on Purpose … Change the World!
