A purpose filled life is here! In the next two minutes you’re going to see how to experience it for yourself.
Just look around you.
NO… not at the physical desk or table — really look with your heart at everything around you.
Everything in your life is exactly as it should be right now.
… You are in the right place
….. at the right time
……. doing just the right thing.
The first step in living a purpose filled life is being able to be fluid.
You’ve probably heard, “You have to be flexible.”
But things have changed… you’ve changed!
Now you need to realize, “You have to be fluid, because flexible is too rigid.”
So how DO you get to the place where you are living a purpose filled life?
Learn to RELAX a little: take a mini-vacation in your office or home.
1. Uncross your arms and legs.
2. Sit up straight, so your body naturally supports you.
3. Take an easy, deep breath through your nose and then…
let it out S-L-O-W-L-Y.
Do that 2-3 times, just allowing your natural posture and gentle breathing to bring you back to this present moment.
Remember, life is NOT a race. You’re here to experience all the beauty and wonder that surrounds you… that IS you! When you ‘reset’ your internal self-talk, you’ll start to see that life does not have to be a struggle.
First, by uncrossing your arms and legs you are letting the energy flow effortlessly and easily without restriction. You are receiving the infinite flow of the Universe.
Next, when you allow your body posture to work the way you were designed, you’ll breathe easier and with the increased oxygen you’ll have more energy and greater mental clarity. Just from sitting or standing up straight. Now that was easy!
And finally, without any tension or strain, allow your breath to carry out any tension as you exhale and bring in all the good you deserve with each inhalation. There is no need to work hard at this, just simply allow it to happen rather than blocking it with negative self-talk and internal tension.
